It's almost impossible to distinguish perfect flowers from imperfect flowers just by looking at their outward appearances. By using the camera on iPad, Rattanaporn taught her students to create a simple GIF to understand why perfect and imperfect flowers reproduce differently.

First, Rattanaporn asked students to snap a picture of a rose and a lily with Camera on their iPad, then import the images into Keynote.

With iPad, my students can pinch to zoom in to photos and take a closer look at what they might miss at first glance. This sharpens their observational skills and heightens their attention to detail, which are critical to the study of Science.
